Think through every decision, as it is very important to leave behind any items that don’t bring you happiness. If you haven’t used an object or worn a piece of clothing in over a year, it doesn’t need to come with you to your new home. Be strict during this process, and you will see how easy it is to part ways with things you don’t really need.
Donate or Sell Belongings
Before you start sorting out your belongings, ask your family and friends if they are interested in any items or have specific requests. If you have a friend who loves a piece of artwork that you don’t feel a special attachment to, donate it to them.
