While abs require a healthy diet and smart food choices, you can complete various ab exercises from your apartment floor. All you’ll need is a comfortable mat or rug, and the motivation to work hard! There are many ab exercises you can find online or with workout videos, including crunches, sit-ups, leg raises, and much more.
There are many different types of yoga, but if you have the space to lay flat on a rug or mat, then you can complete a variety of yoga moves. Yoga is a great morning routine to get your mind and body ready for the day, as well as a nightly routine to wind down and stretch before bed.
